WHY APPLY FOR CASINO EXCLUSION?
Problem gambling is an addiction that could lead to serious problems for both the gamblers and their families. It is important to recognise the risks. If you or your family members require extra help to refrain from entering the casinos, you should apply.
TYPES OF CASINO EXCLUSION
There are three types of Casino Exclusions.
-
SELF-EXCLUSION
You can apply for Casino Self-Exclusion using your SingPass with effect from26 Nov 2009. The Self-Exclusion enables you to exclude yourself from entering the casinos in Singapore and serves as a social safeguard to prevent problem gambling. If you are a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident, click here to apply for Self-Exclusion.
If you are a foreigner, you may apply for self exclusion at National Council on Problem Gambling ( NCPG) Office at SLF Building (Thomson Road) or Migrant Workers Centre at 62 Rangoon Road (near exit of Farrer Park MRT Station). An officer will assist you in the application.
Alternatively, you can click here to download the Self Exclusion form for foreigners, fill in your particulars and send the completed forms by hand or by registered post to NCPG Office.
Please note that you must attach a copy of your passport (with passport number visible), and your foreigner ID card (if available, FIN number must be visible) to your application form.

FAMILY EXCLUSION
You can apply for the Family Exclusion Order with effect from 1 April 2009. The Family Exclusion enables a family member to apply for exclusion of a problem gambler from casinos and serves as a social safeguard to prevent problem gamblers and those with financial difficulties from entering the casinos in Singapore. The Family Exclusion is available to immediate family members defined as spouses, children, parents and siblings, included adopted and step relations. Click here to read more

3RD PARTY EXCLUSION
The Third-Party Exclusion will automatically exclude undischarged bankrupts, and people receiving financial aid from the Government of Singapore, from entering the casinos in Singapore. There is no need to apply for this exclusion.
CHECK EXCLUSION STATUS
You can check your current exclusion status using your SingPass. Do note that this service only reflects NCPG's knowledge of your status at the time of checking. Please allow up to 48 hours for any status update changes to be reflected to the casinos and all other relevant authorities. Until the casino operator is notified, it may still refuse your entry into the casino under section 165A(8) of the Casino Control Act. Click
