Casino Exclusion prohibits individuals from entering the casinos in Singapore.
Types of Casino Exclusion:
1. Self-Exclusion
A voluntary application to exclude oneself from the Casinos in Singapore.

2. Family Exclusion
Immediate family members can apply to exclude an individual from the Casinos in Singapore. This is to protect the family from harm caused by an individual’s gambling habits.
3. Automatic Exclusion
NCPG is enpowered through the Casino Control Act, Private Lotteries Act and Remote Gambling Act to safeguard individuals from potential harms of gambling.
Under these circumstances,
receiving any Government financial assistance such as ComCare Long Term (Public Assistance), Medium Term or Short Term Assistance;
living in subsidised rental flats and have more than 6 months of HDB rental arrears;
receiving legal aid under the Legal Aid Bureau; or
undischarged bankrupt,
individuals will not be able to:

This e-Service is to facilitate group application of casino Self-Exclusion. Organisations with a CorpPass account may, with the consent of their employees, members, or other individuals associated with the organisation, apply for a casino Self-Exclusion.

Consolidated Application Form (SCPR) and proceed to collect the Name, NRIC/FIN & Passport Number and Signature of the applicants of the Self-Exclusion.

Casino Self-Exclusion for Foreign Domestic Workers (FDW)
Employers may assist their FDWs to apply for a Self-Exclusion upon their request. This e-Service requires the employer to have a SingPass for the application. The Self-Exclusion takes effect immediately upon submission.
Please print and retain a signed copy of the application form for verification if requested by the NCPG.

Please note that applying for the self-exclusion without the consent of the person to be excuded is an offence. The Self-Exclusion takes immediate effect upon the submission online. Under section 128 of the Casino Control Act, an individual who has applied for a Self-Exclusion but enters the casino will have his winnings forfeited. Please ensure that the person to be excluded understands the implication of the exclusion.

Self-Exclusion remains active until it is revoked. The revocation of Self-Exclusion after one year is
not automatic.
Steps to Revoke
1. Please click
here to apply for the revocation. Online submission requires you to have a SingPass.
If you do not have a SingPass and require assistance on how to register your SingPass or create/reset your SingPass, you may refer to the SingPass website,
www.singpass.gov.sg or contact the SingPass hotline at 6643 0555.
2. As part of your submission, you will be required to upload a copy of your Work Permit, Visit Pass or Dependent's Pass and Passport.
3a. You will receive a notification from NCPG regarding the status of your revocation within a month if you provide a local mobile number or email address.
3b. If you do not have a local mobile number or email address, please check the status of your application in person at
NCPG*, 3 weeks after your application.
*Counter service is available on appointment basis only.
If the Family Exclusion Order has been imposed for 1 year or more, you may call 6354 8154 to initiate your application to revoke it.
Note: All applicants for revocation of Family Exclusion Order ("FEO") must attend a hearing. The revocation application will be subject to the final decision of a Committee of NCPG Council members.

Family members can apply to exclude a gambler in their family from the casinos if they are affected by their gambling (eg. financial problems, relationship issues).

NCPG may make a
Provisional Family Exclusion Order to exclude the gambler from the casinos pending the outcome of the application, if the NCPG is satisfied that the Respondent has caused serious harm to his/her family members and further harm is imminent.
Self-Exclusion remains active until it is revoked. The revocation of Self-Exclusion after one year is
not automatic.
Steps to Revoke
1. Please log in using your
SingPass. You will be referred to an agency for problem gambling assessment (clinical assessment and counselling if necessary). Please call NCPG at 6354 8154 if you do not have a Singpass.
2. You will need to contact the appointed agency to arrange for an appointment after three working days.
3. You will need to attend all your appointment(s) at the referred agency.
4. Upon completion of the assessment, you will be advised on the effective date of the revocation by NCPG.
What is an Automatic Exclusion?
NCPG is empowered through the Casino Control Act, Private Lotteries Act and Remote Gambling Act to safeguard individuals from potential harms of gambling.
Under these circumstances,
- receiving any Government financial assistance such as ComCare Long Term (Public Assistance), Medium Term or Short Term Assistance;

- receiving legal aid under the Legal Aid Bureau; or

- enter the local casinos;
- enter Jackpot machine rooms operated by private clubs in Singapore; or
- open or hold an online betting account with Singapore Pools
