Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents and foreigners who are current members of participating operators can apply for Self-Exclusion. From 1 May 2018, a single application for Self-Exclusion will exclude you from ALL jackpot machine rooms in Singapore.
If you have applied for Self-Exclusion from one or more of the participating private clubs between 1 September 2017 and 30 April 2018:
(i) Your self-exclusion will only take effect provided you are an existing member of the said private club(s).
(ii) Your self-exclusion will automatically take effect across ALL jackpot machine rooms in private clubs from 1 May 2018 onwards.
Incomplete applications will be rejected. Witness may be contacted for the purpose of verifying the application.

If you have a family member who may have a gambling problem, you can encourage them to apply for Self-Exclusion.
You may also consider applying for a Family Exclusion Order.
From 1 May 2018, all individuals who have a Family Exclusion Order will be excluded from entering the local casinos and all jackpot machine rooms operated by private clubs in Singapore, as well as from opening/maintaining a Betting Account with Singapore Pools.
You will receive a letter to ask if you agree to self-exclude yourself from all jackpot machine rooms in Singapore with effect from 1 May 2018.
You can apply to revoke your Self-Exclusion after a minimum period of one year from the date of your self-exclusion.
