Casino Exclusion prohibits individuals from entering the casinos in Singapore.
Types of Casino Exclusion:
1. Self-Exclusion
A voluntary application to exclude oneself from the Casinos in Singapore.
To apply:

Foreigners – You may either apply in person or submit the Application Form by post or hand.
2. Family Exclusion
Immediate family members can apply to exclude an individual from the Casinos in Singapore. This is to protect the family from harm caused by an individual’s gambling habits.
3. Automatic Exclusion by Law
Individuals are automatically excluded from the Casinos if they are undischarged bankrupt, receiving financial aid from the Government, have more than 6 months of rental arrears or receiving legal aid.
Family members can apply to exclude a gambler in their family from the casinos if they are affected by their gambling (eg. financial problems, relationship issues).
Who can make this application?
- Spouses
- Children, including adoptive/step-children
- Parents, including adoptive/step-parents
- Siblings, including adoptive, step, half-siblings

NCPG may make a Provisional Family Exclusion Order to exclude the gambler from the casinos pending the outcome of the application, if the NCPG is satisfied that the Respondent has caused serious harm to his/her family members and further harm is imminent.
Foreigners may apply to exclude themselves from entering Singapore's casinos through Self-Exclusion.The application is free and can be made in the following ways:

Applications will be processed within 10 working days and the Self-Exclusion will take effect as per notified by NCPG if a Singapore registered mobile number is provided. Please call NCPG at 6354 8154 or email: admin@ncpg.org.sg if you do not hear from NCPG within 10 working days.
Please note if you enter or remain in the casino premises after your Self-Exclusion has taken effect, any winnings paid or payable to you shall be forfeited under section 128 of the Casino Control Act (Cap 33A).
If the Family Exclusion Order has been imposed for 1 year or more, you may call 6354 8154 to initiate your application to revoke it.
Note: All applicants for revocation of Family Exclusion Order ("FEO") must attend a hearing. The revocation application will be subject to the final decision of a Committee of NCPG Council members.

Employers can assist their foreign workers to apply for voluntary Casino Self-Exclusion through a consolidated application service online
To submit applications online, employers need to:
1. Have a Work Permit Online (WP Online) account and CorpPass. [If you do not have a WP Online account, please print out the attached
Application Form to submit by hand/post.]
2. Prior to submission, organisation must register for CorpPass and assign Casino Exclusion System e-Service (search for e-service under MSF) access to Authorised Personnel. For more information on how to use CorpPass, please refer 'Help" under the the CorpPass User Guide.
3. To submit, upload the completed
Consolidated Application Form (only for submission online) in PDF or JPG format.

Applications for Foreign Domestic Workers
Employers can assist their foreign domestic workers to apply for voluntary Self-Exclusion online. This service requires employers to have a SingPass. The Self-Exclusion takes effect immediately upon submission of the application online.

By Hand/Post:
If you do not have a SingPass, your foreign domestic worker may apply for Self-Exclusion by completing the Application Form and submitting it to NCPG with a copy of the Work Permit and Passport.
Incomplete applications will be rejected. Witness stated in the application form may be contacted for the purpose of verifying the application.
Applications will be processed within 10 working days and the Self-Exclusion will take effect as per notified by NCPG if a Singapore registered mobile number is provided. Please call NCPG at 6354 8154 or email:admin@ncpg.org.sg if you do not hear from NCPG within 10 working days.
Note:
Ensure Applicant of the Self-Exclusion understands the terms and conditions of the application and be informed that they must stop visiting the Singapore's casinos after signing the Self-Exclusion application form.
If the Applicant enters or remains in the casino premises after the Self-Exclusion has taken effect, any winnings paid or payable to the Applicant shall be forfeited under section 128 of the Casino Control Act (Cap 33A).
Self-Exclusion remains active until it is revoked. The revocation of Self-Exclusion after one year is not automatic.
Steps to Revoke
1. Please log in using your SingPass.You will be referred to an agency for problem gambling assessment (clinical assessment and counselling if necessary). Please call NCPG at 6354 8154 if you do not have a Singpass.
2. You will need to contact the appointed agency to arrange for an appointment after three working days.
3. You will need to attend all your appointment(s) at the referred agency.
4. Upon completion of the assessment, you will be advised on the effective date of the revocation by NCPG.

Singapore-registered organisations submitting Self-Exclusion applications for groups of individuals associated with the organisation (eg. members/clients/employees) using this online module need to:
- Have an organisation account with NCPG.
- Appoint an Authorised Personnel to submit applications.
NOTE: An Authorised Personnel must be:
- An employee of the organisation who holds a CorpPass.
- Above 21 years of age.
Step 1:To create an organisation account with NCPG:
- Download and submit the completed Application Form to NCPG by post or email: admin@ncpg.org.sg.
- NCPG will notify the Authorised Personnel upon the creation of the Consolidated Application for Casino Self-Exclusion account. Please contact NCPG if you do not hear from us within 10 working days.
- Prior to submission, organisation must register for CorpPass and assign Casino Exclusion System e-Service (search for e-service under MSF) access to Authorised Personnel. For more information on how to use CorpPass, please refer "Help" under the CorpPass User Guide.
Step 2: To submit a consolidated application:
- Download and complete the Consolidated Application Form with the particulars and signatures of all applicants.
- Log in to your NCPG consolidated application account with your CorpPass here. To submit, upload the completed Consolidated Application Form in PDF or JPG format.
NOTE: The casino Self-Exclusion will be effective upon submission of the application online. Applicants who provide a Singapore- registered mobile number will receive an SMS from NCPG acknowledging the application.
To change the Organisation Authorised Personnel:
Send a letter to NCPG indicating the name, NRIC No. and contact details of the new Authorised Personnel. Letters should be written on the official letterhead of the organisation reflecting the name, signature, designation and contact details of the writer.
Self-Exclusion remains active until it is revoked. The revocation of Self-Exclusion after one year is
not automatic.
Steps to Revoke 1. Please download the Application Form.
2. Complete and mail/email form to NCPG together with a copy of your Work Permit, Visit Pass or Dependent's Pass and Passport.
3a. You will receive a notification from NCPG regarding the status of your revocation within a month if you provide a local mobile number or email address, or
3b. If you do not have a local mobile number or email address, please check the status of your application in person at NCPG, 3 weeks after your application.
Note: Incomplete applications will be rejected.
The following individuals will be automatically excluded by law from all casinos in Singapore unless proof of change in circumstance has been provided:
- Undischarged bankrupts
- Those receiving financial aid from the Government
- Those who live in subsidised rental flats and have more than 6 months of HDB arrears
- Those receiving Legal Aid
