- Assist him/her to make an appointment at our appointed agency, The Resilienz Clinic @ Novena Medical Centre with his/her consent. Information needed include name, NRIC and contact details.
- Mon-Fri (9am – 5.30pm)
- Sat (9am – 12.30pm)
- Encourage him /her to speak with our Helpline counsellors at 1800-6-668-668 or webchat via our website, if he/she wishes to remain anonymous
- Direct him/her to the NCPG website to understand the available help resources, and encourage him/her to take the first step by engaging with his/her preferred agency
- Alternatively, you may also seek advice on how to help the individual by contacting our Helpline or webchat.
