Mr Sim was the Executive Director of Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) from June 2020 to Nov 2024. Prior to this, he was CEO of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), and Deputy Secretary at Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts. Mr Sim had also served in the Republic of Singapore Navy for more than 20 years.

Mr Soh is the Principal & CEO of Singapore Polytechnic. He was previously Commissioner of Prisons and served in the Home Team for more than 30 years. He introduced key initiatives to improve inmates’ reintegration into society and was responsible for launching the Yellow Ribbon Community Project and setting up the Community Rehabilitation Centre.

Mr Wong is the Chairman of Republic Polytechnic’s Board of Governors. Prior to this, he was a member of the Charity Council (2015 to 2020) and a board member of the Casino Regulatory Authority (2008 to 2020). He currently serves as an independent director on the boards of PEC Ltd, Deep Identity Pte Ltd, and the Papua New Guinea Sustainable Development Programme. He was previously a partner with Ernst & Young, and a senior officer in the RSAF.

Mr Lim joined the Law Society of Singapore in 2007 to set up its Pro Bono Services Office and now serves as the CEO. Mr Lim has had more than a decade of non-profit leadership experience in working with public-private-people partnerships to enhance access to justice in Singapore.

Mr Tan is the Chairman of Locker & Lock Pte Ltd, Honorary Chairman of Joo Chiat Citizens’ Consultative Committee, a Registered Marriage Solemniser and Justice of the Peace. He also has a long-standing commitment to the Singapore Buddhist Federation and its affiliated educational institutions since 2004.

Dr Yow is a Senior Lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences and has over 25 years of experience in the social service and healthcare sector. He is an appointed Social Service Fellow at the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) since 2017 and serves on various national and sectoral committees.

Mr Manoharan is a training practitioner with Lifelong Learning Institute and an active senior grassroots leader at Yew Tee Division. He has been contributing to NCPG since 2016, as its Panel of Assessors which hears out casino exclusion cases to protect gamblers and their families from the harm of problem gambling.

Mr Frederick Tan is a seasoned creative director and filmmaker who produced branding commercials and campaigns for many MNCs. He started several tertiary film studies courses in Singapore. Currently as course manager at ITE's School of Design and Media, he oversees three course departments and manages the school's operations. His in-depth understanding of the psyche of youths has advised NCPG/MSF on youth public education programmes since 2017. Mr Frederick is also a board member on various Ministry of Home Affairs committees.

Ms Joy Ong has been working with children, youths, adults and families for more than 16 years in both clinical and community settings. She specialises in mental health counselling, and is an award winner of Best Services and Clinical Intervention by the International Association for Youth Mental Health. Ms Ong is also a Certified Gambling Addiction Counsellor, and has been a member of NCPG’s Panel of Assessors since 2014, helping to hear out casino exclusion cases to protect gamblers and their families from the harm of problem gambling.

Mdm Liyana is a lawyer specialising in family law, in both the civil law and Syariah law systems. She presently practices with the Disputes team at the global law firm of K&L Gates Straits Law LLC. She is also active in grassroots work, with a passion for Malay/Muslim community work, being Board/Council Member of several organisations including MUIS (Islamic Religious Council of Singapore), PPIS (Singapore Muslim Women’s Association) and Casa Raudha Ltd, a community agency that provides shelter and care for domestic violence survivors.

Mrs Sarojini is the Vice Chairperson of the Indian Programmes Advisory Committee at Infocomm Media Authority of Singapore, Board Member of the Hindu Endowments Board, a Justice of Peace and a Registered Marriage Solemniser. She is also a well-respected marriage/ family life educator and grassroots leader. Mrs Sarojini was formerly a director of engagement at Health Sciences Authority and a veteran human resource professional. She also held the post of Chief Operating Officer at Singapore Indian Development Association previously.

Mdm Zarina is an established marriage and family life educator with over 30 years of experience. With her financial advisory skill, she also serves as Council/Board Member on various boards including MUIS, the Muslim Financial Planning Association, MENDAKI (three terms till 06/2023), PERDAUS and IYAD Perdaus Limited. Mdm Zarina is a frequent speaker on the mass media on various topics such as marriage, family and financial literacy.

Dr Chu is a clinical psychologist with At Ease Psychology, an independent practice based at Camden Medical. She is trained in psychological interventions and is experienced in working with people of different age groups and cultures, with psychiatric, emotional, behavioural and health challenges. Dr Chu also provides clinical supervision to clinical psychologists-in-training from post-graduate programmes, and regularly trains school counsellors, youth counsellors and other healthcare professionals (e.g. nurses, doctors etc).
