Steps to obtain the Credit Bureau Singapore (CBS) Report:

  1. Go to Credit Bureau Singapore website.
  2. On the banner, please select “Report Submission to HDB/NCPG”.
  3. Under the NCPG logo, please select “Submit Report” and log in with your Singpass.
  4. Enter the access code (provided by NCPG in the SMS/email notification) and submit the form. With the access code, you will not be charged for the credit report.
  5. With your consent, NCPG will automatically receive a copy of your credit report and you get to keep a copy as well. You will not be required to separately upload or send a copy of the report to us.

 

Steps to obtain the Moneylender Credit Bureau Loan Information Report (MLCB Report):

  1. If you have provided consent to release the MLCB report during your application submission, NCPG will automatically receive a copy of your MLCB Report. No further action is required.
  2. If you did not provide consent during your application submission, you can request for your MLCB Report to be released to NCPG.

a. Log into NCPG e-services using your Singpass.

b. Click on "View Details" under your recent application

c. Under the "Supporting Documents" tab, please select "Click for email instructions to submit CBS report and to release MLCB report".

d. Please review the terms for the release of MLCB Report and select "I agree to the terms above". 

e. With your consent, NCPG will automatically receive a copy of your MLCB Report.
