Object Third Party Exclusion Order / Visit Limit

Individuals may apply to object to the proposed Third Party Exclusion Order / Visit Limit within 14 days of receiving the letter from NCPG.

 

How do I apply?

What information should I provide?

Please get ready the following documents to upload during the application:

  • Latest IRAS Notice of Assessment/Pay Slips for the past 3 months
  • Bank Statements for the past 3 months
  • Latest CPF Contribution History
  • Credit Bureau Singapore Report and Personal Bureau Individual Credit Report (Click here for instructions on how to retrieve the report(s))
  • Any other financial documents (e.g., SGX investments, ACRA registration of business)

Please ensure that the documents uploaded are in JPEG, JPG, PNG or PDF format and not exceeding 5 MB each.

 

What happens after I submit the application?

You may be contacted by the NCPG on your availability to attend a hearing, where the Committee of Assessors (“COA”) formed by the NCPG will review your application and decide if a visit limit, an exclusion order, or a no order would be beneficial to you.

You may choose to accept or appeal to the confirmed order.

 

What happens if I choose not to provide information or apply to object to the proposed order?

If you do not wish to provide any information to NCPG or object to the Proposed Third Party Order, the COA will proceed to decide on an outcome based on the information NCPG has. Should you wish to appeal to the confirmed order, you will again be required to provide information to the NCPG to support the appeal.

 

What does it mean to have a Third Party Visit Limit or Third Party Exclusion Order?

If a Third Party Visit Limit is imposed:

  • An individual’s visits per calendar month to the casinos will be limited to the number of visits decided by the COA; and
  • If the individual, in any month, has made the maximum number of visits specified in the Third Party Visit Limit, he/she will be excluded from entering or remaining on, or taking part in any gaming on any casino premises for the remainder of the month.

 

If a Third Party Exclusion Order is imposed, an individual will be banned from:

  • Entering or remaining on all casino premises; or taking part in any gaming in all casino premises; and/or
  • Entering or remaining on all jackpot machine rooms1 in private clubs except to perform work2 within any of those rooms; or taking part in any gaming in all jackpot machine rooms; and/or
  • Accessing Singapore Pools account-related3 services if the individual is an existing account holder; and opening an account subsequently if he/she is not an existing account holder.

 


1“Jackpot machine rooms” refer to gaming machine rooms under the Gambling Control Act.
